laying 16 sq mm pvc insulated frls earthing cable green including providing necessary copper sockets as required , supplying and making end terminations , providing maintenance free earthing arrangement , supply and installation 8 swg gi wire for loop earthing , earthing with g.i. eatrth pipe 1.5mtr long by hammering of 40 mm dia including accessories as required. , supply installation testing and commissioning of 63 a , 4 pole on load change over switch , dismantling of existing canopy of 7 5 15 20 and 30 kva ea sets , supplying and fixing 50 mm dia class b ms pipes for the exhaust system of the ea set , supplying and fixing 40 mm dia a class gi pipe for cable protection and silencer support including necessary supports painting welding if required etc as required , painting of ea set with one coat of zinchromate primer and two coats of enamel paint after removing rust and dust ,cleaning etc complete as required , supplying and laying 20 mm dia class c ms pipe, shifting of dg sets in kollam ba, dismantling and shifting of the existing 7.5 kva ea testing the ea set making good the damages to the foundation etc. as required., dismantling & shifting of the existing 15/20 kva ea set with acoustic enclosure from various bts with all accessories to a location within the ba as directed by the authority concerned incharge loading ,transportation,unloading leading to position and itc of the shifted 15 kva ea set with enclosure in the existing foundation at the new station, connections with the existing power and earth cables/strips, testing the ea set making good the damages to the foundation etc. as required., dismantling & shifting of the existing 30 kva ea set with acoustic enclosure from various bts with all accessories to a location within the ba as directed by the authority concerned incharge loading ,transportation,unloading leading to position and itc of the shifted 15 kva ea set with enclosure in the existing foundation at the new station, 1 is to 2 is to 4 using one part cement two parts coarse m sand and four parts graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in the foundation of dg set including excavation dressing ramming disposal of surplus soil shuttering work and providing 15 mm thick cement plaster in the ratio of 1 is to 4 using one part cement and four parts fine m sand., providing and fixing 25 mm x 3 mm g.i. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required., supplying and laying of 4c 16 sq.mm pvc insulated and pvc sheathed / xlpe aluminium conductor ug cable of 1.1 kv grade direct in ground/ in pipe/ on surface of wall/ loose in panel as required., providing and laying 16 sq mm pvc insulated frls earthing cable green including providing necessary copper sockets as required, supplying and making end terminations with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for the following sizes of pvc sheathed / xlpe luminium conductor ug cable of 1.1 kv grade as required----4c 16 sq.mm, providing maintenance free earthing arrangement with copper coated solid steel rod of 20 mm dia and 3m length, copper coated connectors and fasteners for connecting electrodes with earthing conductor/ strip i/c supplying and filling 8 kg. earth enhancing mineral compound. the electrodes shall be hand driven or hammered into the earth., s/d 8 swg gi wire for loop earthing in the existing surface/ recessed cable as reqd., earthing with g.i. eatrth pipe 1.5mtr long by hammering of 40 mm dia including accessories as required., sitcof 63 a , 4 pole on load change over switch suitable for 415 volt, 50 hz ac manually loading all the dismantled parts of accoustic insulation, and control panel etc with out any damage, re-assembling the e/a set canopy ,engine, alternator, control panel with all accessories complete as required, supplying and fixing 50 mm dia class b ms pipes for the exhaust system of the ea set including providing suitable bends reducers coarse wire mesh cutting welding heat resistant painting etc as required, supplying and fixing 40 mm dia a class gi pipe for cable protection and silencer support including necessary supports painting welding if required etc as required, painting of 15/30 kva ea set with one coat of zinchromate primer and two coats of enamel paint after removing rust and dust ,cleaning etc complete as required, supplying and laying 20 mm dia class c ms pipe in
