for 900 mt mounded storage vessel, carrying out external inspection on mound, retaining wall, inspection tunnel, bottom nozzle & its suspension/ supports, accessible top nozzles etc - for 900 mt mounded storage vessel, fixing back all the liquid and vapour lines after servicing the valves, efcv and fixing all removed fittings like hla, srv, pressure/ temp/ servo/ rochester gauges, manhole cover etc. after completing the testing, purging/fresh gas in is to be carried out with assistance from & under supervision of & as instructed by bpcl/third party inspection agency -
