(iv) design of pipe support foundations, high mast foundations, miscellaneous pump foundations, transformer and other equipment foundations shall be under scope of the contractor. (v) contractor shall prepare design drawings and bar bending schedules for all rcc structures and submit the same to ucil for approval., supplying and laying precast reinforced cement concrete elements at any level using 20 mm and down graded crushed stones as coarse aggregate as per approved design mix including supply of materials / labour / tools and tackles etc. as required, formwork, mixing, laying, compacting to proper size and thickness, curing, storing, handling, transporting, erection without damage etc. but excluding cost of shuttering and reinforcement, all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of the engineer-in-charge. concrete of m25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum note (i) excess cement, if required in design mix, with respect to the minimum cement content mentioned above, shall be paid under respective item. (ii) cost of shuttering and reinforcement shall be paid in respective items., add for consumption of extra / excess cement, if required, in design mix concrete (item no. 23 to 26 above) over the specified minimum cement content in respective items mentioned above. note i) requirement of extra cement with respect to the minimum cement content mentioned against respective items of approved design mix of concrete to achieve the characteristic strength for each design mix must be approved by engineer-in-charge during mix design stage based on laboratory test results which must also be supervision etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of engineer-in-charge. notes for the above item nos. i) the design of formwork/staging shall be submitted by the contractor to ucil for approval before commencement of work., supplying, installing, dismantling and removing shuttering for superstructures above plinth level in all kinds of rcc work for all leads and lifts including necessary rendering of concrete surfaces after exposure, maintaining proper quality control, supervision etc., all completer as per drawings, specification and direction of
