approved by the engineer-in-charge..(ii) payment shall be on the basis of actual quantity of cement used in mix concrete executed., supplying, installing, dismantling and removing shuttering for foundations and substructures upto plinth level in all kinds of rcc work for all leads and lifts including necessary rendering of concrete surfaces after exposure, maintaining proper quality control, supervision etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of engineer-in-charge. notes for the above item nos. i) the design of formwork/staging shall be submitted by the contractor to ucil for approval before commencement of work., supplying, installing, dismantling and removing shuttering for superstructures above plinth level in all kinds of rcc work for all leads and lifts including necessary rendering of concrete surfaces after exposure, maintaining proper quality control, supervision etc., all completer as per drawings, specification and direction of concrete, preparation of bar bending schedule and getting the same approved from ucil before construction, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. thermo-mechanically treated (tmt) bars of grade fe-500d conforming to is1786. note for above items. i) the supply of fe 500d tmt bars conforming to is 1786 (latest) shall be fromm/s sail, iisco, rinl, quality control etc. all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of engineer-in-charge. note i) all materials shall be from m/s sail, iisco, rinl and tata steel from their own plants rolled from virgin material only. ii) welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts etc. shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rate. iii) contractor shall supply copies of the documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these manufacturers and also tests from third party, if required, to be arranged at no extra cost. iv) all holes will be made by drilling only. gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. v) electrodes manufactured by m/s advani oerlikon, esab india, indian oxygen and dandh secheron
