Latest Tender Detail from indian army for the tender for 40 feet container , smart target system , visual system , master control unit , firer cabin , bullet containment trap , range tube , ventilation system, containerized tubular shooting range, the ctsr should be designed by using standard 40 ft high cube iso container 40 ft x 8 ft x 9.6 ft, smart target system ctsr should have feature of a smart target system where the targets should be projected on location of hit and miss lomah system located at the target end targets may be any standard scoring target pop up targets. the robust and smart target application software should allow varying the target ranges from 10 to 300 mtr inside the container it should also be able to facilitate different type of exercises such as grouping static timed exercise and annual range course or any other practice as desired by the user it should display the point of hit on the target within an accuracy of 5 mm or better, each firing lane of ctsr should be equipped with display unit which enabled the firer to monitor and control the targets and exercise in that lane. the fdu to be capable to perform the following activities. give shot location on the target. give possible score aggregate score. indicate mean point of impact. indicate type of exercise in progress. show group size and mpl. furnishing x and y coordinate of the shorts. lane operating status. grouping and zeroing. zoom in and zoom out and panning of the target on the screen. exercise replay., ctsr should be equipped with control station for firing point officer jco through which practice fire can be regulated and various simulation can be practiced. control station to have facility to communicate with the firer and instruct him to carry out necessary corrective action to improve the firing. it should also to have centralise control to start or stop the firing practice., ctsr to have minimum two independent firing booths with facility to fore from standing kneeling and lying position. the firing booth to be acoustically treated by using acoustic form rubber tiles for easy of maintenance of ctsr. each booth to be equipped with firing booth display unit interactive audio interface to be communicate with the instructor and cc cameras to record the total firing session. suitable fresh laminar air flow to be provided on each line to meet the range ventilation requirements. each booth should have independent doors equipped with toughened glass to monitor the firing practice by instructor from outside the should serve as entry exit the emergency exit in case of any accident., the bullet containment trap should be made up by using ar500 armour steel plates and should be placed behind the target to collect all the bullets fired. the bullet containment trap should be manufactured in such a way that to replace and reverse the primary impact plates to any position should increase the life of the system the system should be positioned in a 10 feet acoustically treated container with provision to easily enter and carry out target maintenance activities the container should be designed in such a way to quickly attach with the 40 feet ctsr container the bullets contacted the angular plates should be guided into a deceleration chamber where the velocity of projectile will reduce to zero and collected at the tins provided at bottom the bullet containment trap should easily give a life of 1 point 5 to 2 lakhs of rounds with minimum maintenance activities, the tubes used in the ctsr to be made out of bullet proof material with a minimum thickness of 10 mm. the tubes to be such that the ricochet problem is eliminated., the ctsr to be equipped with suitable ventilation system to meet the all indoor firing range requirements. the ventilation system to provide fresh air at firer end. filtration of the exhaust air to be carried out minimum by hepa filters. also it should have suitable mechanism to indicate when filter change is required. in ranchi, jharkhand,.
