Steps to Check GeM Bid Status

1. Checking GeM Bid Status with Login

If you want to check the bid status by logging into your GeM account, follow these steps:

1. Open the official GeM website: https://gem.gov.in
2. Click on Sign In and enter your User ID & Password.
3. Once logged in, locate the Bids option on the right side of the dashboard.
4. Click on List of Bids to view the list of bids you have participated in.
5. On the left side, you will see a filter panel. Click on the Bid/RA Status checkbox.
6. This will display all the tenders you have participated in.
7. Under each bid, you will find a View Bid Result button. Click on it to see the complete bid result.

2.Checking GeM Bid Status without Login

If you want to check the bid status without logging in, follow these steps:

1. Open the official GeM website: https://gem.gov.in 
2. Click on the Bids option on the right side.
3. Select List of Bids to view all the ongoing bids.
4. You will see a filter panel on the left side. Click on the Bid/RA Status option.
5. This will display all tenders for which the due date has passed.
6. Under each tender, you will find a View Bid Result button. Click on it to check the bid result.
7. If you want to check a specific bid result, enter the GeM Bid Number or Tender Title in the search box at the top and click search.

3.Bid Result Details

The bid result page provides comprehensive details, including:

• Bid Details: Complete information about the bid.
• Buyer Details: Information about the government buyer.
• Technical Evaluation Result: List of participating companies and their qualification status (Qualified/Disqualified).
• Financial Evaluation: Financial ranking of qualified companies (L1, L2, L3, etc.) along with their quoted prices.
